Gable roofs have two sloping sides that meet together at the top or ridge of

the roof so that they look like a triangle when viewed front on.  You can have a

standard gable roof or a dutch gable roof, both of which are very popular,

as they beautifully complement the home. 

Gable roofs are also available in different pitches and can be used for small or large areas. 

Due to the complexity of the roof, they are a little more expensive than flat roofs but you will

recoup the costs in the value that they add to your home. As with all types of roof, they are

available in metal (steel or aluminium) and timber, and in a range of colours.
